 6:30 p.m. – Reception with sparkling wine around an open bonfire 7:00 p.m. – Start of the fine gourmet menu in the historic wine press house
 The menu is accompanied by a curated wine tasting with three regional winemakers, each of whom will personally present two of their best wines. Between courses, our kitchen team will treat you to small culinary surprises.
