Our philosophy

Responsible indulgence that never ceases to surprise.

We cook with respect for the climate, the season, nature and our home region. Much of what we serve is made in-house – from freshly churned butter and handmade pasta to vegetables from the garden behind the house.

    Herbs, vegetables and seasonal produce grow right here on site.

  • Homemade, home-caught

    Mosel fish we catch ourselves, home-baked bread, our own butter and pasta.

    More than a concept – respect for resources. No random ingredients from wholesalers, no waste.

    Creative vegetarian and vegan dishes and menus are an integral part of what we do.

The restaurant

From breakfast to the gourmet menu

Outstanding cuisine, exquisite produce and a bright, calm atmosphere. On warm days, we serve on the gourmet terrace beneath old walnut trees – afterwards, the lounge invites you to linger over a glass of Mosel wine, a cocktail or a good conversation.

    Three to eight courses, complemented by amuse-bouches, seasonal intermediate courses and home-baked bread – with a matching wine journey on request. On Sundays also at lunchtime (12:00 – 13:30).
