Our menu changes with the seasons – shaped by produce from our own greenhouse and fish from the Moselle River.

Lunch at the Kornspeicher
You will find our lunch menu with traditional, home-style dishes at the Kornspeicher by Markus Plein. On Sundays we also serve the gourmet menu at lunchtime (reservations 12:00 – 13:30).
Wines & drinks
From the Mosel – and beyond
Our wine list focuses on Riesling from the Mosel: dry and off-dry, from Kabinett and Großes Gewächs to Eiswein and Beerenauslese. Alongside these, we offer selected wines from Burgundy, the Rhône, Bordeaux, Italy, Spain & Portugal and the New World, as well as mature single bottles.
Our service team will be happy to put together a matching wine journey for your menu – on request, also with non-alcoholic pairings.
Aperitifs
To start, we are happy to recommend an aperitif – perhaps a Riesling sparkling wine or a Crémant from the Mosel, a Riesling-based vermouth or an alcohol-free alternative. Our service team will be glad to advise you.

Allergies, groups & times
Please let us know about any intolerances, allergies or special dietary requirements when making your reservation – because our dishes are carefully prepared in advance, we can only make limited changes at short notice.
For groups of 6 or more, please send us an enquiry by email so that we can agree a menu or selection of dishes with you.
